Stephanie Sandows
Founder, Executive Director
Stephanie Sandows is a creative executive and founder committed to building faith-rooted media for a new generation.
As the Founder and Creative Director of RIN Productions, she leads the development of original audio-visual content, podcasts, and strategic partnerships that merge storytelling with cultural and social impact. Her work is anchored in a Christ-centered worldview — creating platforms that elevate truth, spark honest conversation, and reflect the transformative power of the Gospel in everyday life.
Under her leadership, RIN has grown into a fully equipped creative studio and production hub supporting podcasting, casting, and purpose-driven digital campaigns designed to shape culture with intention.
In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Stephanie serves as Co-Chair of the MTV Staying Alive Foundation, contributing to global content and digital strategy that drives youth behavior change.
She believes storytelling is one of the most powerful tools for both discipleship and social transformation — capable of meeting people where they are while pointing them toward hope.
Her leadership flows from a place of surrender and conviction: culture is shaped by the stories we platform — and every story is an opportunity to reflect the heart of God.
